With over 100 mountain lake and riverside camping destinations with 75 miles of our home base in Bend and three of Oregon's 7 Wonders in our backyard, there's no shortage of opportunities to seek out your private wilderness retreat.

Smith Rock State Park

With world class rock climbing, casual strolls along the Crooked River, or a vigorous hike of Misery Trail, Smith Rock offers experiences to suit the adventure level of everyone in your group.  Be sure to stop off at The Depot for some Huckleberry Ice Cream.

Crater Lake National Park

At 1,943 feet deep, Crater Lake is the nation's deepest and clearest lake with a record setting 144 feet of visibility.  Hike the Mt Scott trail, drive the rim road, or take the boat tour to Wizard Island.  If it's peak season and the crowds are too much for you, head north to the equally stunning and lesser known Newberry Caldera National Monument.

Oregon Coast

Feeling the need to get some sand between your toes, head west to Oregon's rugged coastline complete with dramatic scenery, dog friendly beaches, and quaint coastal towns.

Or, with 100's of wildness campsites with 75 miles of Bend, designate your own Oregon Natural Wonder by venturing down that next mountain road.
